Join esteemed winemaker and writer, Alex Gambal as he leads a vibrant discussion about Burgundy today and in the future. Alex lived as an expat in Burgundy beginning in the early 90’s. He began producing wine in a region steeped in history and family legacy.
The collection of Burgundian winemakers and proprietors around our table represent sub-regions and styles from Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuit, Côte Chalonnaise.
The esteemed chefs for this luncheon include award-winning cuisine of chefs Max Boonthanakit and Lijo George of Camphor, a Michelin-starred modern French bistro in LA, as well as the beloved Cesare Casella, chef, restaurateur, and author from NYC.
This luncheon will begin with an in depth wine tasting, followed by a 3-course luncheon. The afternoon will be terroir-driven, personality-packed, and not to be missed!
