Benedikt Belger is the Managing Director of the historic Karthäuserhof, one of the world’s oldest continuously operating wineries, founded in 1335 in the Ruwer valley near Trier. In this leadership role, Benedikt brings strategic vision and entrepreneurial energy to every facet of the business, driving product management, process optimization, marketing, and sales with equal passion.

With a Master’s degree in International Business and a diverse background in business development and brand leadership—including steering the wine project III Freunde Weine—Benedikt blends deep commercial expertise with a fresh perspective on modernizing a centuries-old estate. His commitment to innovation and sustainable growth helps Karthäuserhof balance its rich tradition with contemporary market relevance.

At Karthäuserhof, Benedikt serves as the vital link between technical direction, operations, and the broader team, ensuring alignment and forward momentum across departments.
