Food & Wine Executive Wine Editor and world traveler, Ray Isle, led us on a global tasting where we explored a vibrant array of wines complemented by a geographically inspired menu featuring guest chef Patricia Estorino from Gustazo Cuban Kitchen along with Nantucket Hotel Chef Michael Hervieux. This collaborative menu featured dishes inspired by the regional cuisines and culinary cultures of South America, Italy, France and beyond. A gastronomic adventure and an education in worldly tastes!
