Purchase TicketsJoin us for an unforgettable evening exploring M. Chapoutier’s iconic Ermitage (Hermitage) wines, produced in the Northern Rhône since 1808. Few producers in the world of fine wine embody the spirit of terroir, tradition, and transformation as completely as M. Chapoutier. Lauded for their biodynamic farming techniques, they offer a rich tapestry of history, pioneering philosophy, and regional expression that has set the benchmark for the wines of Ermitage.
This exclusive dinner features the renowned single-vineyard (Sélection Parcellaire) Ermitage wines from M. Chapoutier, which are highly regarded for their ability to age for 30 to 60+ years. Grown on the steepest, most revered sites on the Hermitage hill—such as Le Méal, L’Ermite, and Les Greffieux. These rare bottlings are 100% Syrah for the reds and 100% Marsanne for the whites.
This five-course dinner will be created by Chef Charlie Foster, the master behind the elevated farm-to-table cuisine of Michelin-recommended Wood’s Hill Pier 4 and the Block at Wood’s Hill in Boston’s Seaport. Charlie and his team source from their farm in New Hampshire, and from local purveyors, creating a seamless marriage of cuisine and terroir.
An evening of rare wines, incredible food, and inspiring stories—this is a dinner not to be missed.
This dinner will start with a Champagne Charlie reception in the intimate setting of a private island residence with just 25 guests.
