Originally from Roanne (France), Emilie has deeps roots in wine and hospitality.

Her path includes some of the most legendary establishments in NYC – Murray’s Cheese I NY, The Mandarin Hotel, The Modern by Danny Meyer, Four Seasons, “Sho” by Shaun Hergatt, Michael White’s “Ai Fiori” and Gabriel Kreuther.

Now positioned with Folio Wines, Emilie continues to educate and inspire others with her passion and deep knowledge of wine.
