Orfaly has worked with Todd English, Barbara Lynch in Boston, Joachim Splichal in Los Angeles, Mark Peel and Nancy Silverton at Campanile and in New York with Rocco DiSpirito. A restaurateur, Orfaly has owned Pigalle, Marco, and Peking Tom. His culinary influence and direction were part of The Beehive, Jade Monkey, and most recently, The ReelHouse in East Boston. Orfaly was nominated for a James Beard Foundation Award multiple times (Nominee, Best Chefs in America 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010) and Food & Wine named him one of the best new chefs of 2004.
