Chef Lee Wroten Jr. is the Executive Chef of Snuff Mill Restaurant, Butchery & Wine Bar in Wilmington, Delaware. Born and raised in Bear, Delaware, he trained at Paul M. Hodgson Vocational Technical High School under Chefs Nick Mottola and Wayne Wilberding. His culinary perspective was shaped by time cooking in Philadelphia and Hawaii and mentorship from respected chefs including Gerald Allen, Bill Hoffman, Chris D’Ambro, and Matt Haley. Chef Lee was named Executive chef of “Farmer & The Cow” at age 27 in both 2022 and 2024 and won Critics’ Choice First Place at the Wilmington Burger Battle.
