The Battle of the Cabs is ON!
We hope you didn’t miss this exciting dinner where the top wineries from California and around the globe went head-to-head, putting their best juice forward! You were led through a blind tasting of Rock Star Cabs from Napa and around the globe. Cabernet Sauvignon has a powerful presence and is the most beloved red grape in the world.
This 4-course dinner was served blind (you did not know which wine you were drinking) with 2 wines per course. The evening featured 2 guest chefs – who createe a thoughtful menu to match the flavors and nuances of the gorgeous, big, bold wines on the battlefield.
Battle of the Cabs host and moderator, Adam Centamore led the charge with lively and interactive banter. The evening was filled with stories and strong opinions.
Guests arrived early to the Nantucket Inn and started with Champagne and Canapés… then climbed the stairs for the battle the upstairs ballroom.
