Jacopo Campobasso is the Junior Sous chef at Piazza Duomo, 3 Michelin stars restaurant in Alba.
He is graduated from Alma Culinary School and after joined as Chef in a restaurant in Sardinia. He joined Piazza Duomo’s brigade in 2018 as an intern and over this six years he covered all the section of the kitchen. He was promoted Junior Sous Chef in 2021 and working along side Enrico Crippa in the development of the Restaurant.
