Nate Weis is the General Manager and Senior Winemaker at Beaulieu Vineyard, one of Napa Valley’s most historic and revered wineries. In his role, Nate leads both the winemaking and operational vision for the estate—building on its legacy while guiding its next chapter of excellence.

Prior to joining Beaulieu Vineyard, Nate spent more than a decade at Silver Oak, where he served as only the third winemaker in the winery’s history and oversaw production of Cabernet Sauvignon across multiple vineyard sites. His extensive experience shaping premium wines has positioned him to steward Beaulieu’s flagship bottlings, including the iconic Georges de Latour Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.

A passionate ambassador for Napa Valley wine, Nate also shares his knowledge through teaching and public engagements, connecting enthusiasts and industry professionals alike to the craft and history of California winemaking.
