David E. Cohn

Eastern Regional & European Export Manager, Hundred Acre Wine Group

Hundred Acre Wine Group
Napa, California

David joined the Hundred Acre family in 2020 as their Eastern Regional Manager. Since joining the team, he has managed Hundred Acre’s business across the U.S.’s Eastern seaboard and Europe.  After leaving the practice of law in 2007, David followed his passion for wine, first becoming a sommelier in New York City and ultimately representing various wine regions from around the world, including the Loire Valley and the Languedoc in France, as well as some of the premier wines from New Zealand.  David then had the privilege of working as the country’s first Champagne Specialist, representing the entire portfolio of Moët Hennessy Champagnes, which includes Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, Krug and Dom Pérignon.  He later was promoted to become the first U.S. Ambassador for Dom Pérignon, a position he held for over five years.

In his current role as Eastern Regional & European Export Manager for Hundred Acre Wine Group, Mr. Cohn is honored to often be found out on the road at the very best restaurants, retailers and membership clubs in the world, focused on telling the unique Hundred Acre Wine Group story and showcasing the growing portfolio of Jayson Woodbridge’s wines.

David holds his Advanced Certification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET), a Wine Certificate with top honors from the Sommelier Society of America and his Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers (in addition to being admitted to the Bar in two states).  He resides in New York City, is an avid music lover and concert goer, a mediocre – but obsessed golfer – and has also completed two Ironman triathlons.
