Join us for an iconic dinner featuring Hundred Acre wines and the award-winning cuisine of Chef Andrew Chadwick of Chatham Bars Inn.
Hundred Acre is the ultra-premium cult Napa Cabernet Sauvignon project of Jayson Woodbridge, owner, vintner, and visionary. Each wine represents a single estate vineyard from Napa Valley with each step of the winemaking process – from hand picking in numerous passes, to hand sorting berry by berry, to the forest and age of barrels – is meticulously selected and measured. For Jayson, there is no compromise, ever. He is an unrelenting perfectionist in his pursuit of balance in the winery and the vineyards, which has resulted in Hundred Acre being awarded 88 scores of 100 points over the last 20 vintages from the likes of Robert Parker and other top reviewers.
This 5-course tasting menu will include five Hundred Acre wines – each unique and artisanal – with a distinct character and charm.
As part of our Great Wines in Grand Homes series, this exclusive dinner will be held in the intimate setting of a private island residence with 30 guests.
