As the Wine Director for Tosca, an upscale Italian steakhouse in Hingham, MA, Taylor brings passion and expertise to the restaurant’s renowned wine program. With 14 years in the hospitality industry, she has held various roles, each deepening her love for food, service, and—most notably—wine.

Originally pursuing a career in law enforcement, Taylor found her true calling in hospitality. Since joining Tosca in 2016, her fascination with wine flourished under the mentorship of the restaurant’s former Wine Director. She has since earned certifications through the Court of Master Sommeliers and continues her education through CMS and WSET, ensuring an ever-evolving knowledge of the world of wine.
