Dimitris Skouras studied winemaking in Montpellier where he graduated with a bachelor in Œnology and Viticulture, a bachelor in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Œnology. He has worked in France in the regions of Champagne at the Domaine Chaleroux-Ghyz, Rhone Valley at Guigal and Bordeaux at Chateau Lafleur-Petrus. In California, in the region of Napa Valley at Pahlmeyer and Sonoma County at Pisoni Estate. In Greece, in the islands of Santorini at Domaine Sigalas and Kefalonia at Domaine Gentilini and Orealios Gaea. Today he works alongside with his father George in their winery in Nemea making the Skouras wines.
