Jason has been in the hospitality industry for the last twenty years, most of that dedicated to wine service. A Massachusetts native, he worked in Boston with Himmel Hospitality, earning his Advanced Sommelier certificate with the Court of Master Sommeliers. In his 11 year tenure with the company he ran the beverage programs of Harvest, Bistro du Midi, and the newest venture Banks Fish House. After taking a few months off to travel outside of wine he has just landed in the Seaport at Nautilus Pier 4 where he hopes to add some personal touches to the program.
