Jason has been in the hospitality industry for the last twenty years, most of that dedicated to wine service. A Massachusetts native, he worked in Boston with Himmel Hospitality, earning his Advanced Sommelier certificate with the Court of Master Sommeliers.

In his 11-year tenure with Himmel Hospitality, he ran the beverage programs of Harvest, Bistro du Midi, and their newest venture Banks Fish House.

After taking a few months off to travel outside of wine he landed in the Seaport at Nautilus Pier 4 where he added some personal touches to the program.
Jason is currently the lead Sommelier at La Padrona in Boston’s Raffles Hotel.
