A Burgundy native, Paul spent the past ten years working in different wineries worldwide – New Zealand, the United States, Israël, and France.

Paul followed his passion for Pinot Noir wherever he could, making this grape variety the common theme for all of his professional experiences. He has done over 20 vinifications during his career and is our wine guru at Château de Pommard.

Paul graduated with a BTS in Wine and Spirits Technical Sales in 2008 and holds a BTS in Viticulture and Oenology, demonstrating his adaptability.
