After a two year stint at Pepsico France as Key Account Manager, he joined Diageo to lead the launch of the RTD Business Unit in France and built the whole launch plan including the choice of the route to market and the decision to integrate this BU in the joint venture of distribution Moët Hennessy – Diageo. After the huge success of the launch of Smirnoff Ice, he was naturally proposed to be the head of Key Account at MHD in charge of the whole champagne, spirits and RTD range.

In 2007, he decided to join a new challenge at Baron Philippe de Rothschild as Sales Director and at this period met the Matton family. After six years of double-digit growth, Sébastien was appointed at Export Director to develop the Bordeaux and Chilean wines owned by Rothschild in 150 countries.

In 2017, Sébastien joined Jean Etienne and François Matton as their “right hand” to support the tremendous growth both in France and now in more than 100 countries. He is in charge of global strategy, sales, communication and marketing. Over the last two years, Minuty invested in the most innovative bottling centre of Provence and a 150 acres vineyards to sustain a high level of quality. Sébastien recruited a Business Development Director for North America which is a top priority market and a Commercial Director in France where Minuty is the leader remaining only sold in on trade and qualitative independent retailers.

When he is not traveling or hosting guests in Saint Tropez, Sébastien enjoys with his family the cultural life of Paris where he lives. He also often travels to Corsica, to go hiking in astonishing mountains overlooking the Mediterranean sea or to drive his boat to discover the beauty of small and hidden creeks.
