Nick Setterberg has two sides to his business card. The A side is his day job which has nothing to do with wine. The B side is where the fun happens: wine educator and sommelier at Ascot Wines (@ascot_wines). In 2022, he earned his Diploma in Wines (WSET Level 4), then followed it up with his Champagne Masters from the Wine Scholar Guild in 2024. He’s currently working on his Burgundy Masters. Nick loves hosting and talking wine, usually with a few strong opinions mixed in. For example: Champagne belongs with fries, Vinho Verde is great over ice, and Rhône Syrah is the fastest way to his heart. A year-round Nantucket resident, Nick also works part-time as a sommelier at the Nantucket Golf Club (NGC).
