Mia Marchese is a Boston resident who specializes in restaurant hospitality, concert operations

and music education. An alum of the Franklin School of Performing Arts and a graduate of Berklee

College of Music, Mia’s life mission is to share and inspire the world of music and unforgettable

experiences with others.

In 2015 Mia was selected to be Director of the new Bach to Rock Music School in the Greater

Boston Area. In addition to operating as Site Director, Mia taught various programs at B2R and

later transitioned to teaching at Needham School of Music. Mia joined the City Winery Boston

team in 2018 where she climbed the ranks from Concert Manager, Box Office Manager, and Operations Manager to her current position as Service Director.

After working at the winery and being inspired to expand her knowledge of wine and service,

Mia completed WSET 1 & 2 Wine Scholar programs and is in the midst of acquiring her CMS

Level 1.
