Matthew and Casey are the owners and chefs at CRISP Catering, a Williamstown, Massachusetts-based company specializing in open-air, fire-focused catering experiences. Established in 2016, CRISP emphasizes connecting individuals with local, sustainably sourced ingredients to create unique and memorable events. Dinner and a show as some put it.

As a Berkshire and Nantucket native, Matthew’s passion for food was cultivated early on while working in his parents’ restaurant, Hot Tomatoes. With Casey’s extremely creative mind, top notch attention to detail, and their true love of cooking together, is what led to the creation of CRISP Catering. Their goal is to offer guests a true connection to their food by utilizing local farms and incorporating outdoor open-fire cooking techniques.

Under their culinary direction, CRISP Catering has become known for its polished, earthy, and authentic catering and bar services, particularly for large gatherings, weddings, and special events in the Berkshires, Hudson Valley, and well beyond.
