Lexy Harrod is a Sommelier currently working at COTE Korean Steakhouse in Las Vegas. Originally from New England, she discovered her passion for wine while working as a Wine Steward at Eastern Standard Kitchen & Drinks, an experience that shaped the foundation of her hospitality career. Lexy has worked across the Boston, Aspen, and Las Vegas markets and holds the title of Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, as well as Certified Sake Professional through the Sake Education Council of Japan. She is deeply committed to mentoring up-and-coming Sommeliers throughout her city, and when she’s not on the floor, she can usually be found enjoying Champagne, hiking with her Goldendoodle, Tuck, or snowboarding whenever she can get to the mountains.
