After graduating from the Culinary Institute of Canada, Leigh joined the team at Susan Warner
Catering where she had the opportunity to cater a variety of high-profile events on Nantucket,
including clambakes, weddings, and the Boston Pops Gala. It was during her time on the island
that she fell absolutely in love with Nantucket.
She then moved to New York City, where she expanded her expertise by working at Murray’s
Cheese, immersing herself in the world of artisanal cheeses and gourmet food, and specializing
in cheese and wine pairings. Seeking to further her skills in event production, she completed a
program in Meeting, Conference, and Event Management at New York University.
Leigh has combined her passion for wine & food with her event management expertise,
producing world-class events across North America. She has traveled extensively, working in
cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Toronto, Brooklyn, and Vancouver.
Now, she is thrilled to return to Nantucket for the Nantucket Wine & Food Festival, reconnect
with the island’s vibrant culinary community, and bring this incredible festival to life.
