Laura has received certifications through both the Court of Master Sommeliers and WSET (Awards in Wine + Sake). She continues to pursue her wine and beverage certifications. She will soon sit for the Kikisakeshi Sommelier Exam by the Sake School of America.

Laura currently resides in NYC and most recently worked as a Captain at Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare. Laura is in the process of transitioning back to restaurant management which she is most passionate about.”
