Katie Papadakis is the co-founder and Managing Member of Perchance Estates, a boutique Napa Valley wine brand she launched with her husband, Dean Papadakis, in 2019. Rooted in a lifelong love of wine and the serendipitous experiences that brought them to Napa Valley, Katie guides the vision, storytelling, and strategic growth of Perchance Estates — a winery celebrated for its limited-production Cabernet Sauvignon and other premium varietals sourced from historic Beckstoffer Vineyards.

Prior to Perchance Estates, Katie earned her degree from Indiana University Northwest, and her diverse experiences inform her thoughtful approach to building a premium wine brand that honors both tradition and innovation.
