Hillary has been in the hospitality industry for close to 20 years. Beginning as a server in the summers on Cape Cod, she moved to Boston and began bartending. After getting the wine bug, she directed the beverage program at Sarma focusing on small production wines and savory focused cocktails. She spent the last 3 years as wine and beverage manager at The Banks Seafood and Steak, and is now a Sommelier at La Padrona. When she is not preparing for her Advanced Certification, you can find her camping and hiking New England.
