Heather de Savoye is a seasoned wine industry executive with more than two decades of experience leading domestic and international sales strategy for some of the most respected names in American wine. She currently serves as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Spottswoode Estate Vineyard & Winery, where she oversees national distribution, direct-to-consumer strategy, brand marketing, and long-term growth initiatives for the historic Napa Valley estate.
Heather’s career spans leadership roles at top-tier luxury wineries. She previously served as Director of International Wine Sales for Francis Ford Coppola Winery and Rubicon Estate, where she built the Export Department and expanded the brand’s global presence. When the winery rebranded as Inglenook in 2011, she was promoted to President of Sales, directing worldwide wholesale operations and international brand development.
After nearly a decade representing California wineries abroad, Heather moved to the Pacific Northwest to become Director of Northwest & International Sales for Charles Smith Wines / K Vintners, where she further strengthened her expertise in distributor relations and portfolio strategy across diverse markets.
Heather holds an MBA in Wine & Spirits Marketing and Management from INSEEC Bordeaux and a WSET Diploma, pairing rigorous academic training with a deep personal understanding of craftsmanship, quality, and global wine culture.
Today, she is recognized as a thoughtful, strategic leader who brings a global lens, creative problem-solving, and proven brand-building experience to the luxury wine sector.
