Chris Follari is Director of Culinary for The Good Eating Company, a leader in workplace dining. With creative menus that are seasonally and sustainably inspired every day, The Good Eating Company is committed to creating innovative and fresh ideas. Previously, Chris worked with Sodexo as the Global Director of Culinary, working with culinary teams in Latin America, Asia, Europe, the Nordics and Australia. Researching and learning about culinary traditions around the world has led to travel through Europe, the Middle East, China, Latin America and all corners of the United States.
Chris’s love of food and all things culinary started at an early age. He grew up in an environment where the celebration of the season and bringing people together at the table were a part of his every-day life. This led him to a lifelong career in the culinary arts.
A true NWF family member, Chris has been involved with the Culinary Team for the Nantucket Wine & Food Festival since 2003.
