Chef Drew knew from a young age that the culinary field was going to be his calling.  Growing up with a trained French pastry chef and artisan bread baker father he was exposed to the industry at a very young age.  He started cooking professionally at the age of 15 and hasn’t stopped since, working in an array of areas such as private clubs, independently owned restaurants, catering and working under James Beard award winning chefs.  Drew‘s mantra; variety is the spice of life! Drew loves cooking all types and different worldly cuisines. When asked what’s your favorite thing to cook, he will always have a different answer. Drew doesn’t like feeling stuck on one thing. He is always continuing to find ways to challenge himself in order to grow his knowledge and palette, and is bringing his creativity to the Trap!
