Born in Tuscany and raised between Italy and Central American, Chiara developed a curiosity for the many flavors of the world at a young age. She moved to NYC in 2001, kicking off her career in the food and wine industry by consulting on the internationalization of Italian products. Today, she leads external relations and is VP of Marketing and Brand Strategy for Calvisius and Ars Italica, global leaders in sustainable production of caviar, based in Northern Italy. In her years with the company, Chiara has helped build and develop the US market through branding and educational activities, for consumers and trade alike.
Chiara is a well-rounded professional in the food and wine industry, both in Europe and the United States, and is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier.
