Benito Molina is a renowned Mexican chef known for his expertise in seafood and sustainable cuisine. Born in Mexico City, he trained at the New England Culinary Institute and worked in Boston USA, Rosporden France, Mexico city before establishing himself in Ensenada, Baja California.

Alongside his wife, Chef Solange Muris, he co-owns Manzanilla, one of Mexico’s top restaurants, celebrated for its fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Molina has also gained recognition as a television personality, serving as a judge on MasterChef México, Master Chef Latino and other very popular tv shows.

His cooking style highlights the rich flavors of Baja California, emphasizing simplicity, freshness, and sustainability.
