Ana Lovaglio Balbo is a dynamic Argentine entrepreneur and hospitality visionary, recognized for her innovative contributions to wine tourism and luxury experiences in Mendoza’s wine country. Born in Salta and raised in Mendoza at the foot of the Andes, she brings a blend of global perspective and deep local roots to her work. Ana holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de San Andrés in Buenos Aires and began her career consulting for a Big Four firm before joining her family’s business.

In 2012, Ana returned to Mendoza to join Susana Balbo Wines, where she quickly became a driving force behind the company’s marketing and enotourism initiatives. She established the winery’s marketing department, led a rebranding of its wine labels, and helped launch Osadía de Crear, a restaurant designed to pair haute gastronomy with Susana Balbo’s acclaimed wines at a time when few Argentine wineries offered such experiences.

Ana’s entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to elevating wine country experiences led her to co-found Susana Balbo Unique Stays with her mother, Argentina’s pioneering female winemaker. Together they launched SB Winemaker’s House & Spa Suites, a boutique luxury hotel in Chacras de Coria that artfully combines wine, wellness, art, and Argentine culture. As co-founder and leader in hospitality, Ana curates bespoke guest experiences that reflect both her creative vision and deep appreciation for Mendoza’s landscape and traditions.
