Alyse Fiore’s love of hospitality began as a kid running around her grandparents’ Italian restaurant in Warren, Ohio, sitting at the bar with a tall glass of cranberry juice and chatting with The Regulars while they enjoyed their cigars. She officially entered the industry at 14, working her way through nearly every front-of-house role—from hostess to server to bartender—before setting out on an adventure to Boston in 2021. There, she worked for some of the city’s most well-respected hospitality groups, diving headfirst and further shaping her approach to thoughtful, hospitality-driven guest experiences. After five years of tasting, learning, and perfecting her craft, Alyse returned home to Cleveland, Ohio, bringing her expertise, creativity, and love of introducing people to new flavors.
A Certified Sommelier with a WSET Level 3 Award in Wine, she blends technical expertise with an approachable, guest-first style. In her role, she oversees beverage programs at Jaja with a focus on quality, creativity, and thoughtful curation. She’s especially passionate about creating memorable experiences and introducing people to new wines, flavors, and stories—believing the best meals are the ones that bring people together.
