Walter Allegrini’s daughter Silvia joined the family business at a young age, offering her assistance in various tasks. This experience immediately brought her closer to the world of viticulture, especially to nature. After completing her high school studies, Silvia took on the key role of updating the new company management system. She later took the initiative to directly manage the hospitality area in the winery, leading the way in this field in the Valpolicella region and innovating the family business.
After her father’s passing in 2003, she joined the company’s board of directors at 27. Versatility is one of Silvia’s distinctive qualities, and she has made important contributions to the evolution and consolidation of Allegrini, from the bottling department to the harvest. Patience and passion are traits that characterize her personality, along with her love for nature. This specific trait, inherited from her father and accentuated by her direct experience in the vineyard, has developed into a concrete commitment to preserving biodiversity, with a focus on beekeeping and sustainability.
