Ali began her career at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin and then at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston, managing the beverage program for the entire hotel. Ali’s expertise culminated in becoming the General Manager and Sommelier at Deuxave. After working a wine harvest in Oregon in 2020, she was guiding diners through their wine journey at The Flagstaff House in Boulder, Colorado. Ali is now at Urban Farmer Denver and continuing her  studies through the Court of Master Sommeliers-America and the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust.
