Domaine du Cellier aux Moines sits on a hillside above Givry, a small village in the Cote Chalonnaise sub-region of Burgundy. It is an Architectural gem, one of the oldest wine estates in the region, founded circa 1130,  Nearly 900 years later it stands witness to the history of Burgundian viticulture. The estate cultivates plots in some of the finest appellations in Burgundy producing the following wines: Givry Premier Cru Clos du Cellier aux Moines, Mercurey les Margotons, Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Pucelles, Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Chaumées, and Santenay Premier Cru Beauregard.

With an impressive background at renowned wineries like Domaine de la Romanée Conti and Arnoux-Lachaux, Guillaume brings a wealth of expertise to Domaine du Cellier aux Moines, and to us on Nantucket for this special tasting!
