Aperture Cellars – 100 Point Wine Dinner

Event Description

Join us for an unforgettable evening of 100-point wines, lively family stories, and inspired, chef-driven cuisine.

Aperture Cellars champions a range of stunning Bordeaux-style wines from the Sonoma Valley. Founded in 2009 by winemaker Jesse Katz, who was just named Wine Spectator’s Winemaker of the Year and was also the first winemaker ever featured on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list.

Join Andy Katz, Jesse’s father and renowned photographer who was the inspiration for the name “Aperture” to highlight the artistic partnership. The winery features Andy’s photography on its labels, and the estate’s architecture is designed to showcase his work, reflecting their shared passion for visual art and, in Jesse’s case, wine.

Katz has produced over three dozen 100-point wines across his portfolios. This dinner will feature a 5-course menu created by award-winning chef Tom Berry,  the Culinary Director of Boston’s Yvonne’s, Coquette, ROKA,  and others. Each course will be paired with a 100-point wine and the stories behind them.

Don’t miss this evening where wine, family, art, and storytelling come beautifully into focus.

The dinner will begin with a Champagne Reception at 7:30pm.
