Host Anthony Giglio, acclaimed wine authority and big personality, took guests on a tasting journey through northern Italy with two of Italy’s most prestigious producers – Calvisius Caviar and the iconic sparkling wines of Ca’ del Bosco. Both hail from the Lombardy region, nestled between the famed vacation destinations of Lake Como and Lake Garda.
Anthony offered thoughtful insight into the craftsmanship and character behind these celebrated pairings, while Ca’ del Bosco’s winemaker, Maurizio Zanella told tales of the vineyards and Chiara Carfi of Calvisius shared history and stories of the beloved Italian Caviar.
