Opus One, born from a partnership between Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Château Mouton Rothschild in Bordeaux and Robert Mondavi from Napa. Together, these trailblazers set out to create a single wine dedicated to the pursuit of uncompromising quality. This singular mission shapes every vintage today and for generations to come. Every vintage has its own unique blend of red grapes.

Today, this wine holds the highest acclaim and is known for its balance of fruit and elegance – always consistent, but every vintage tells its tale and celebration of nature.

This 4-course dinner will feature four Opus One vintages, in the intimate setting of a private island residence with just 24 guests. The evening will begin with a Champagne reception at 7:00 pm.
