Opus One Wine Dinner – Great Wines in Grand Homes

Event Description

Opus One was born from the visionary partnership between Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Château Mouton Rothschild in Bordeaux and Robert Mondavi of Napa Valley. Together, they set out to create a single wine defined by uncompromising quality. That ambition continues to guide every vintage, each a unique expression of its blend and of the season that shaped it.

Today, Opus One stands among the world’s most acclaimed wines, celebrated for its harmony of fruit, structure, and elegance. Consistent in character yet distinct in personality, every vintage tells its own story.

Join Opus One Winemaker Michael Silacci and Assistant Winemaker and Agroecologist Kimberlee Marinelli for an intimate journey through the vineyards that compose this storied wine. This exclusive five‑course dinner will feature five remarkable Opus One vintages, hosted on a private island residence for just 25 guests. For the first time, we welcome Opus One Estate Chef Sean Koenig featuring an “Art of the Table” five-course menu that highlights the nuances of Opus One vintages.

The evening will open with a reception featuring Champagne Louis Roederer and Calvisius Caviar.
