Agustin Paiva is a professional sommelier working at El Enemigo Wines, a renowned winery located in Mendoza, Argentina. Originally from a coastal town in Patagonia, he moved to Mendoza at the age of 18 to pursue a career in tourism and hospitality, focusing on the region’s wineries. After earning his degree, he became a sommelier and had the opportunity to travel to Europe, where he deepened his knowledge of wine and spirits while working in prestigious wineries and five-star hotels across Spain and Italy.

Upon returning to Mendoza, Agustin joined El Enemigo Wines, where he was welcomed with open arms. The winery has provided him with invaluable opportunities to continue learning and advancing in his profession.
