New Hampshire native, Maria Mayer, is a seasoned sommelier & hospitality professional who has had the pleasure of working in some of San Francisco and Boston’s most well-regarded dining rooms. Maria has received multiple awards from Wine Spectator, most notably for her contributions to michelin-starred Niku Steakhouse’s ‘Best of Award of Excellence’ award-winning wine list. Maria currently works as the Wine Director for Columbus Hospitality Group in Boston where she oversees the wine programs for the group’s 6 fine dining concepts including Mistral, Sorellina, Ostra, and Mooo… Steakhouse.
