The production director and oenologist, Tomáš Dilong, applies his valuable experience and knowledge gained during studies of oenology in New Zealand. At VIAJUR Winery, he combines modern techniques with innovative product visions, continuously expanding the VIAJUR range of products. His winemaking approach is focused on ecology and sustainability and his efforts have resulted in the current conversion to organic viticulture.
