Natasha Williams, a qualified winemaker, founded Lelie van Saron Wines in 2017. The name Lelie van Saron, meaning “Lily of the Valley,” is a heartfelt tribute to her hometown of Saron. It also embodies her winemaking philosophy: to create wines that are both elegant and honest.

The Lelie van Saron collection is a reflection of Natasha’s diverse winemaking journey, her international experiences, and her aspirations. The range includes a single-vineyard Chardonnay and single- vineyard Syrah, each crafted with minimal intervention to showcase the purest expression of the terroir and grape variety. Sourced from renowned vineyards in the prestigious Hermanus and Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, these wines capture the essence of their unique origins.

The grapes are hand selected from cool vineyard sites, 5km from the Atlantic ocean in Hemel en Aarde Valley, Hermanus, on the Southern Coast of South Africa.
