Greg Windrem has been in the hospitality industry for twenty years and worked as a sommelier for ten of those years. He has had the pleasure of working at the two Michelin starred Blue Hill at Stone Barns, NoMad New York and the Washington Inn among others.

He is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of the Master Sommeliers and is currently a candidate for the advanced sommelier exam. Most recently, he took on the role of Beverage Director at Deer Mountain Inn, nestled in the beautiful Catskill Mountains of New York. Over the past two years, Greg has the opportunity to curate a wine list boasting 550 unique selections and has fostered great relationships with guests and vendors alike, which has been an incredibly rewarding experience for him.

Greg is thrilled to join the NWF Sommelier team for the first time this year!
