French Pastry by Sandrine is an original brand established in the Midwest (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) since 2018. Created and owned by SandrineAnne Wallace, the bakery offers traditional and authentic French desserts, among which the incomparable French macarons!
French Pastry by Sandrine being in constant expansion, SandrineAnne currently ships her macarons nationwide, joins multiple wine pairings events in Midwest wineries, and in a luxury hotel starting in 2023. French Pastry by Sandrine’s signature cake, the macaron number cake, has been featured in the last issue of the American Cake Decorating magazine.

Originating from the South of France, SandrineAnne specializes in French macarons and puts all her authentic savoir-faire in developing an original and unique range of flavors: more than 120 flavors available, all year long, among which a few refined floral flavors. SandrineAnne collects her natural floral extracts in Provence (South of France, her hometown), near Grasse, unanimously famous as the world capital of fragrance. SandrineAnne moved to the USA in 2018 and brought with her a lifetime love of baking desserts using authentic French recipes. A little taste of France to your home!
