A Pacific Northwest native, Quincey relocated to Sonoma County California in 2021 to join the Stark Reality Restaurant group as sous chef of their flagship restaurant, Willi’s Wine Bar, in Santa Rosa. Quickly advancing to chef de cuisine, Quincey now leads the culinary team under Executive Chef/Owner Mark Stark at the highly acclaimed Wine Country dining spot.

 

Quincey is a graduate of the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute in Coos Bay, Oregon. Within three years of graduation he secured a coveted position as chef de partie at Michelin-starred Le Pigeon in Portland Oregon. After five years at Le Pigeon, he was promoted to opening sous chef for its more casual sister restaurant next door, Canard. Quincey will soon be putting his expertise in French bistro cuisine to good use as he assumes the role of chef de cuisine at Augie’s French which the Starks will open in summer 2023 in Downtown Santa Rosa.
