Nick Ferguson is Advanced Sommelier and a sales consultant for Burgundy specialist, AP Wine Imports, in Manhattan. After 13 years of working for iconic Boston restaurants such as Eastern Standard, Menton and L’Espalier, Nick moved to New York City to pursue a career in importing and distribution. After working as Wine Director for 1 Michelin Starred Gunter Seeger, he began selling wine wholesale throughout New York and New Jersey. Today, he connects some of the world’s best chefs & sommeliers in Manhattan with small, family-owned domaines in France and Italy.
