Château de Beaucastel is one of the most illustrious estates of the Southern Rhone, and famously devotes a large proportion of their wine to the varietal Mourvedre, a grape that ages gracefully for decades. With one of the deepest cellars in France, these wines are often held back by the Chateau until at their peak, providing a unique food and wine pairing opportunity.
