Château Angelus is a Mecca for Saint-Émilion wine, and has been classified Premier Grand Cru Classé since 2012. The style of Château Angelus is pure silk and velvet. It’s a rich, full-bodied and concentrated, Bordeaux wine, offering silky, cashmere textures that are filled with luscious, opulent, spicy dark fruit, licorice, spice, and truffle that ages extremely well.
Château Angelus is one of the few estates in Bordeaux that has been run by the same family since its inception. The Boüard family has an even longer history than Château Angelus, as their legacy spans 700 years.
